Lead Educator - Nursery Room (Full-Time Permanent)
We currently representing awell-established and highly regarded early learning centre in the Mackay region, committed to providing exceptional care and education for children while fostering a positive, supportive workplace for our team.
We are currently seeking anexperienced, Diploma-qualified Lead Educatorto lead our Nursery Room in afull-time permanent position.

About the Role
As the Lead Educator in our Nursery Room, you will:
Lead the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-2 years.
Build robust, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Mentor and support fellow educators within the room.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF and centre policies.
Contribute positively to our centre's inclusive and collaborative culture.
About You
To be successful, you will have:




Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Previous experience as a Lead Educator
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
