HOBAN is proud to partner with a leading organisation in the healthcare industry and is currently seeking an experiencedPick Packerto join their warehouse team based in Coorparoo.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to join a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of essential products.
Shift:3pm – 11pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:$***** per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and dispatching commercial and compassionate stock
Accurately picking and packing customer orders
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
Merchandising and stock replenishment activities
Collaborating with procurement, dispatch, and administration teams to support customer requirements
Managing invoices and warehouse documentation
Sourcing products from alternative suppliers when required
Monitoring and managing short-dated stock
Troubleshooting supply issues and escalating concerns as required
Assisting with workflow coordination and allocation of tasks to team members
Maintaining manufacturing software by clearing obsolete product information
Conducting weekly and monthly stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Unlimited working rights in Australia
Previous experience in a similar role
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical including a police check and drug and alcohol screening
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
The ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
A genuine interest in building a long-term career within the healthcare industry
