Bendigo Community Health Services (BCHS) is seeking an AOD Practitioner to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care to individuals and communities.
You will conduct intake, assessments and recovery planning, provide brief interventions and outreach, and coordinate access to services, working with consumers, families and partner services.
This ongoing 0.6 FTE role offers meaningful impact and career development.
