THE OPPORTUNITY
The Site Manager package includes:
$60,000 base + superannuation
$1,250 monthly performance bonus
$7,500 annual site achievement bonus
Approved Personal Training opportunities
OTE of up to $100,000for eligible high-performing managers
Further promotions with significant increases in earning potential
Long-term potential pathway towardsite ownership
THE ROLE
As aSite Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, standards and experience of your club.
You will:
Lead the day-to-day operation of the gym
Deliver an exceptional member experience
Drive membership growth and retention
Lead and develop the team
Maintain extremely high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety
Develop and support Personal Trainers
Drive PT bookings and department performance
Build strong relationships with members and the local community
Manage administration, reporting and operational requirements
Create a gym environment that people genuinely want to be part of
