JM Clinical is a dedicated clinical trial site based in Woolloongabba, Brisbane.
Established just over twelve months ago, we have quickly built a reputation for rigorous, patient-centred trial delivery and a strong pipeline of industry-sponsored studies.
We operate within a close-knit, collaborative setting supported by the entrepreneurial culture of our bio-tech sister company, Novoviah.
We're a small team, and that means culture isn't an afterthought, it's something we protect.
People here are supported, valued, and enjoy what they do.
Position Overview
Working closely with the Laboratory Manager, you will play a critical role in preparing, processing and managing biological samples for clinical studies.
You'll enjoy working with structured processes, interpreting sponsor laboratory manuals, maintaining quality systems and ensuring every sample is handled accurately and compliantly.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building things well.
You'll have the opportunity to help design workflows, improve processes, develop SOPs and influence how our laboratory operates as we continue to expand.
Rather than stepping into an established role with years of legacy systems, you'll help shape the future of the laboratory from the ground up.
We're open to candidates earlier in their laboratory career who bring curiosity, attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for laboratory science.
If you're someone who enjoys producing accurate work, takes pride in well-organised systems, and wants to contribute to meaningful clinical research, we'd love to hear from you.
