An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Accounts Receivable professional to join their team based in Melbourne's North-West on a full-time permanent basis.
Position Description
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager and working within a close knit team, you will be responsible for:
Managing the debtors ledger of national accounts
Performing daily reconciliation of the accounts
Monitoring outstanding balances and proactively following up overdue accounts
Processing daily banking, receipting, and allocation of payments
Conducting credit checks and setting up new customer accounts




Ensuring compliance with credit terms and managing credit risk
Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders
Ad hoc tasks as required to assist the broader finance team
Ideal Candidate
To be considered successful in the role, you will possess the following attributes:
Prior experience within a similar end to end Accounts Receivable role
Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively
Robust attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Ability to work proficiently in a busy environment
Self-motivated, positive and supportive team member
A proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving
