About the Role
As the Educational Leader, you will play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting curriculum development, and fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment.
You will work closely with the service leadership team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and continuous improvement across the service.

What You'll Bring:
ADiplomain Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
A current Working with Children Check
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Australian Working Rights
A professional and friendly personal presentation
Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
