About the Role
Working from our Lawnton depot, you will be involved in a variety of civil project and maintenance work, including:
Assisting site crews and helping set out materials
Loading/unloading trucks and preparing equipment
General labouring across project and maintenance activities
Working day and night shifts (with applicable penalty rates)
Performing physical duties in an outdoor environment
This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a small, collaborative crew.
A pre-employment medical may be required.
For candidates who show initiative and leadership qualities, progression to Leading Hand is available.

What We're Looking For
About You:
White Card (essential)
Truck Licence (MR minimum; HR desirable)
Construction or labouring experience (Ideally in Bridges & Guardrail)
Plant tickets are desirable, but training is available for the right candidate
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to follow direction and work well within a team
Flexibility to work days/nights and travel when required
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Basic competency in completing paperwork and crew documentation
