You will provide professional administrative and customer service support to ensure timely access to specialist care within the Osteoarthritis Chronic Care Program.
You will work with clinicians and administrative staff to maintain accurate patient information, manage referrals, and support productive clinic scheduling in a multidisciplinary setting.
