We are seeking anexperienced waiterto join our front-of-house team and deliver the exceptional level of service our guests expect.
About the Role
As a waiter at Ito, you will:
Provide attentive, refined service in line with ourJapanese–Italian fine-dining concept.
Guide guests through the menu, highlighting the harmony of Japanese flavors and Italian influences.
Deliver professional beverage service, including wine, sake, and Italian varietals.
Work seamlessly with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure a polished guest experience.
Maintain Ito's reputation as a1-Hatted dining destination.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience infine dining or high-end hospitality.
Confidence in food and beverage service,



ideally with knowledge of Japanese cuisine and/or Italian wines.
Robust attention to detail, communication skills, and guest focus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, precise service environment.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
