Mainly Monday to Friday, some nights and weekends required

THE POSITION
Produce allhouse-made breads and baked goodsfrom scratch
Lead, train and inspire asmall team
Ensure consistency, quality and efficiency inhigh-volume production
Collaborate with the Head Chef onmenu development and innovation
Maintain top-tierfood safety, allergen, and quality standards
Drive organisation, workflow, and daily bakery operations
THE PERSON
You're askilled baker and natural leaderwho thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Minimum3 years' professional baking experience




Cert III in Baking (essential) or Cert III in Commercial Cookery and above
Confident producing a wide range ofartisan breads and baked goods
Proven ability tolead a team and set standards
Highly organised, reliable, andcalm under pressure
Passion forquality, consistency, and continuous improvement
