About the Role
Asthe first point of contact for prospective residents and families, you willmanage enquiries, coordinate admissions and champion an exceptional resident experiencethroughout the resident journey.This role combinesrelationship management, admissions coordination, occupancy support and resident experience leadershipwithin a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.You will work closely with clinical, hospitality and lifestyle teams to ensure residents and their families experience a seamless and compassionate transition into the home.
Key Responsibilities
Managequalified residential enquiries from initial contact through to admission
Welcomeprospective residents and families through personalised tours and meaningful conversations
Coordinatecontracts, documentation and move-in planning to ensure a smooth admissions process
Maintainan effective waitlist and support timely occupancy of vacant rooms




Buildtrusted relationships with prospective residents, representatives, residents and families
Supportresidents through admission and transition into the home
Leadthe implementation and ongoing coordination of the Higher Everyday Living Framework
Useresident feedback and insights to strengthen engagement, hospitality, wellbeing, choice and quality of life
About YouYou are acompassionate, organised and highly relationship-focusedindividual who genuinelysupports residents and families during significant life transitions.
You will also bring:
Experience in residential aged care admissions, customer service, hospitality or relationship management
Experience managing contracts, documentation and administrative processes
Confidence building relationships and handling concerns professionally with prospective residents, residents and families
Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Strong computer skills and experience using customer management or clinical systems
Experience within aged care, healthcare, retirement living or community services
