Auto Parts Group (APG) is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to lead the Customer Service Parts Interpreter Team in Dandenong, VIC.
You will help deliver accurate, productive and customer-first service with training and resources provided to help you succeed.
You will coach team members on customer service, parts interpretation and technical knowledge, monitor orders across phone, email, online, and other channels, and drive improvements while upholding APG values and safety.
