We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at HIRECORP PTY LTD.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base across Victoria.
Based from our Tullamarine office, you will play a key role in achieving our growth objectives and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key responsibilities
Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market
Developing and executing effective sales strategies to attract and convert new clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Preparing comprehensive proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services
Collaborating cross-functionally with the wider sales and marketing teams
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
Providing regular progress updates and contributing to the development of the sales pipeline
About you
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a new business development or sales role, within the hire industry
Diesel Pump and Generator experience preferred




Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and close new business opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a competitive mindset
Capacity to work both collaboratively and independently
