Factory Hand - Full‐Time | Small Workshop | Hands‐On Role
Findstaff is seeking a reliable, practical, can‐do Factory Hand to join a small, friendly workshop team.
This is ahands‐on role with plenty of variety- not a warehouse pick‐pack job.

Hours and Rate
Monday-Friday
7.30am-4pm - Early finishes on Fridays

What You'll Be Doing
Receiving and dispatching goods, including completing paperwork
Operating a forklift (valid licence required)
Deliveries and pick‐ups using the company ute
Safely packing, strapping and securingoddly shaped partson pallets
General workshop cleaning and housekeeping
Operating an overhead crane (training provided, no experience needed)




Using battery tools such as drills and screwdrivers
Labelling stock and engraving parts (training provided)
Assisting the office team when required
Supporting day‐to‐day workshop operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience using battery tools (drill, driver, etc.)
Someone practical, switched‐on and willing to learn
Ability to work safely and follow procedures
Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a small team
