As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will support the Facilities Management team across a defined Charter Hall Office portfolio in Parramatta.
You'll play a key part in ensuring buildings operate smoothly, safely and efficiently while building strong foundations for a long‐term career in FM.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the day‐to‐day operations of commercial office properties
Coordinating planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
Attending onsite meetings and organising contractor access
Conducting regular site inspections and assisting with compliance reporting
Processing purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation
Delivering a high standard of service to tenants
Maintaining asset registers and associated records
Building strong working relationships with clients, contractors and building users
About You
Some experience in facilities, property,
building operations or a related field is preferred, however we are open to candidates seeking their first step into property or FM
An understanding of building services is beneficial
Strong customer service and relationship‐building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick‐paced environment
Proactive, organised and keen to learn
