In this role, you'll:
Support the coordination and delivery of service design and assurance activities across technology initiatives.
This role plays a key part in guiding project teams through service transition and assurance processes, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with operational standards.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to meet time-bound deliverables while maintaining governance and quality outcomes.
As a hands-on contributor, you will step in to support delivery teams, ensuring service readiness and smooth transition into operations.

About you
The ideal candidate is an experienced service design and assurance professional who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.




You are a proactive self-starter with solid communication and coordination skills, comfortable engaging across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
Experience in service transition processes, along with exposure to both waterfall and Agile methodologies, is essential, while knowledge of ServiceNow reporting and continuous improvement practices is highly regarded.
We are looking for a confident, hands-on individual who takes initiative, requires minimal direction, and contributes positively within a collaborative and open team culture.
