The Chance
AsSenior Associate, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery oftrustee services- fromfund establishmentandtransaction executionthrough totrustee oversightand broaderfund administration.
You'll managemore complex mandatesdirectly, coordinate across awider range of stakeholders, and bringsound judgementto process and governance decisions as they come up.
What you'll be doing
Supportingfund establishment, onboarding and implementation- includingtrust deedandinformation memorandareview, and coordinating stakeholders to hit key milestones
Processing and reviewingProper Instructionsand related trustee activity,



including transaction documentation andsettlement execution
Monitoring funds against governing documents andregulatory requirements, and supportingcompliance reviews, incident registers and audits
Maintaining accurate trustee records, contributing toprocess improvement, and guiding junior team members as you progress
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree incommerce, law, finance, accountingor a related discipline is preferred
Experience infinancial services, funds management, trustee services or trust administrationis advantageous - as is exposure toalternative assets
Strongattention to detail, professional communication, and aproactive, solutions-orientedapproach
Sound judgementand the ability to manage competing priorities in acompliance-heavy environment
