CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR | HEALTH INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT | MELBOURNE CBD
The Opportunity
Our client is a well established national contractor with a reputation for delivering complex, high value projects across a range of sectors.
Due to continued growth and a strong forward workload, they are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team on a complex health infrastructure project in Melbourne's CBD.

Key Responsibilities
Management of trade and subcontract packages from procurement through to final account
Preparation and administration of subcontract agreements
Assessment and processing of progress claims and variations
Cost forecasting, reporting and budget control
Management of procurement schedules and tender processes




Supporting project delivery teams to achieve commercial and programme objectives
Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives
About You
5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
Experience working within a structured Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor environment
Proven experience managing trade packages on projects valued at $50m+
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of construction contracts
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Ambitious, proactive and looking to build a long term career with a leading contractor
