About You
You are someone who:
Leads with integrity and puts clients first
Enjoys building deep, trusted relationships
Has strong technical knowledge and a desire to keep learning
Works well within a team and contributes positively to culture
Wants to build a fulfilling and sustainable advice career
Ideally, you'll have:
3+ years' experience as an Adviser or Associate Adviser (or strong accounting/tax background).
Relevant qualifications: CA, CPA, CFP, or Bachelor's in FP, Finance or Accounting.
Ideally strong technical knowledge of tax structures, SMSFs, and estate planning.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
