Commercial Leasing & Property Paralegal | Full-Time | Sydney
Applicants must have a minimum of 1 years' experience in Property or Conveyancing Law and possess a strong working knowledge of PEXA, NSW Land Registry Services (LRS), LEAP and Infotrack.

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Property & Conveyancing Paralegal to join a growing and highly regarded legal practice.

The Role Working closely with our property lawyers, your responsibilities will include:
Opening new matters and managing client onboarding, including VOI, AML/CTF compliance, client authorisation forms and costs agreements
Reviewing contracts and preparing reports
Managing conveyancing matters from post-exchange through to settlement and completion
Preparing and lodging dealings with NSW Land Registry Services (LRS)
Managing electronic settlements and lodgements through PEXA
Ordering and reviewing property searches via Infotrack
Utilising LEAP for matter management, billing and file administration
Preparing settlement figures, adjustments and completion documentation
Liaising with clients, real estate agents,
lenders and financial institutions
Assisting with billing requirements at month-end and upon matter completion
Providing general property and conveyancing support to the legal team
Undertaking research and other general paralegal duties as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Property or Conveyancing Paralegal in NSW
Strong working knowledge of PEXA, LRS, LEAP and Infotrack
Experience with contract preparation, settlement coordination, client communication, document review and file management
Ability to manage matters autonomously with minimal supervision
Sound understanding of the NSW conveyancing process
Experience in Queensland or Victorian conveyancing practices will be highly regarded
