JML Trades is growing, and we're looking for experienced Maintenance Plumbers to join our Canberra team.

This is a hands-on role working across residential and commercial maintenance plumbing.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with customers, enjoys solving problems, and provides long-term plumbing solutions.
You'll never be expected to cold-call customers or generate your own leads.
Our office team keeps your schedule full so you can focus on delivering quality plumbing solutions.
$45 to $65 per hour, based on experience and performance
What You'll Be Doing
Every day brings something different, including:
Residential and commercial maintenance plumbing
Hot water system repairs and replacements
Blocked drains and high-pressure jetting
CCTV drain inspections
Water leak detection and repairs
Gas installations and maintenance
Excavation works
Preventative maintenance
Diagnosing plumbing faults and identifying long-term solutions
Preparing quotations for recommended works
Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service
Earnings & Benefits

What We're Looking For
You will have:
Maintenance plumbing experience
Previous track record in providing quotations and recommending practical maintenance solutions
Current Plumbing Licence
Current White Card
Australian Driver's Licence
Robust communication skills
Pride in your workmanship
The ability to diagnose plumbing faults and recommend practical long-term solutions
Confidence in preparing quotations
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience with residential and commercial maintenance plumbing is essential.
