We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join our friendly teams at the following stores:
Moore Park
Tempe
Recruitment for these roles will begin in late August, with start dates from mid-late September depending on store needs and candidate availability.
Role responsibilities
Interacting with customers by proactively engaging and educating them to support their purchases.
Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers.
Delivering in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders.
Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.
Please note, our Peak Trade Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September **** to the start of February ****).
You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
Requirements
You have a passion for helping people and creating great experiences.
You have an enthusiasm for home appliances and consumer electronics.
You have a positive mindset, and you are passionate and highly motivated.
Customer focused and results driven.
You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
