Production Assistants - Camper Trailer & Caravan Assembly

About the Role
As a Production Assistant, you'll be hands-on in the assembly of our industry-leading camper trailers and caravans.
You'll work across various stages of production including fabrication, fitting, and finishing - helping build products for Australians exploring the outstanding outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble camper trailers and caravans using hand and power tools
Follow production schedules and instructions from team leaders
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards
Support other departments as required
What We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing,



automotive, or similar hands-on roles (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Capability to perform moderate lifting tasks between *****kg on a regular basis
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Australian permanent residency or appropriate work rights to work in Australia
