Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead the Post Operative Discharge Support Service within Surgical Services & Intensive Care.
You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate discharge planning and support patients transitioning from hospital to home, working with a multidisciplinary team to reduce readmissions.
Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or Permanent Part Time (hours negotiable) with competitive remuneration and perks
