The Role:
Working from our offices in Abbotsford, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and boost sales.
This role requires a strategic thinker passionate about vintage-inspired fashion and a deep understanding of contemporary marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
Lead our marketing and social media team in developing and implementing social media campaigns
Lead and support the marketing team to deliver engaging, multi-channel campaigns




Assist in the ideation and creation of promotional content for the company's website and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
Attend weekly brand meetings and provide feedback and recommendations on campaign-related processes and strategy
Assist in expanding and diversifying our customer base by identifying and targeting current demographic segments
Plan all social media content and ensure it aligns with company and brand values and messaging
Plan and execute all email marketing campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, artists and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility
Utilise relevant tools to create reports on the performance of our social media content and campaigns
Communications to stores regarding marketing when required
Communication to centres/street precincts when required
Ensure all events and activations are on brand when required
Keep in touch with current and upcoming trends and innovations in fashion and the social media landscape and adjust our content strategy accordingly.
Qualifications and skills required:
Undergraduate, tertiary or equivalent degree
Retail Marketing experience is an advantage
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Strong background in digital/social media marketing in the fashion industry
Proven track record of delivering innovative social media campaigns that drive long-term results
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and relevant social media ad managers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and a good eye for visual aesthetics and design
