Program Development Lead (Prevention, Early Intervention & Community Engagement)
WRISC Family Violence Support – Ballarat VIC
WRISC has been funded by a philanthropic foundation, to design, develop and embed a financially sustainable, education-based program, specifically for children and adolescents experiencing family violence.
This education-based program supports early intervention, healing and recovery of children and young people that have experienced family violence and will contribute to breaking the cycle of inter-generational violence and trauma.
We are in year 2 of a 3-year funding cycle provided to scale up the original pilot program 'Feeling Visible'.
This is a 12-month 0.6 FTE parental leave position focusing the continued development and sustainability of this program.
Key responsibilities
Project manage the further development of the program framework, including the delivery of an expanded suite of services available for education providers
Partner with the program staff and Senior Leadership to assess, refine and expand the program and services
Lead the continued development of the overall program outcome and evaluation framework and associated tools and resources
Further develop and manage program budgets,
ensuring costs and activities are tracked and align with a sustainable funding model
Identify new revenue streams such as additional grants, and support the sustainable expansion of the program's suites of services
About you
Ideally we are looking for skilled candidate with effective program development and project management skills, and knowledge and experience within the prevention to recovery continuum working with children and young people experiencing family violence.
But we are open to different professional backgrounds and experiences.
