The opportunity & how you will make an impact.
In this role, you'll support the People & Culture team, working closely with the P&C; Business Partners to deliver high-quality people processes and solutions across the business.
You'll play a key role in providing accurate, qualified and timely administrative support across the employee lifecycle, acting as the first point of contact for P&C; system and process enquiries.

As a People & Culture Administrator, every day is different!
You'll make an impact by:
Providing high-quality administrative support across the full People & Culture lifecycle, responding to general employee enquiries and escalating matters as needed
Managing People & Culture administration including employment documentation, records, reporting and system updates to ensure accuracy and compliance
Supporting recruitment activities by coordinating administration in the recruitment system and assisting with interview scheduling and stakeholder liaison
Coordinating onboarding and induction processes, including new starter documentation, training schedules and mandatory learning requirements
Assisting with payroll-related processes, including reimbursements, invoices, bonuses and employee changes, in line with policies and approval frameworks
Tracking and coordinating key employee milestones such as probation reviews, contract end dates, leave arrangements and service anniversaries
Maintaining People & Culture templates, policies and procedures, ensuring documentation remains current and accessible

In addition to yours, we're keen to connect with you if you bring the following experiences and attributes:
Holds a tertiary qualifications in in Human Resources or related field is advantageous but not essential
Proven administrative work experience in a Human Recourses / People & Culture role is desirable
Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills
Intermediate to advanced level of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products (particularly SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
Strong attention to detail with high professional standards
