We currently have a fantastic prospect available for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled individual to join ourDeer Parkdealership.
In this position you will be responsible for all functions relating to Registrations, Sales Support and Stock Control.
This includes:
Processing paperwork for direct vehicle purchases, vehicles sold/swapped, freight, trades, invoicing, payments, etc.
;
Accurate and timely registrations of all vehicles;
Facilitating the movement of vehicles throughout the dealerships;
Organising & auditing retail/fleet vehicle paperwork;
Processing traffic infringements; and
Other administration tasks that relate to the sales support office functions
The successful applicant will possess:




Automotive Industry experience in a sales support role – highly regarded
National Police Certificate – mandatory requirement
Understanding of vehicle stock movements, associated documents & processes
Skills to manage a multi-task workload, meet priorities and varying demands
Self-motivation, initiative and problem solving expertise
