Astute Care Collective is seeking an Intake Nurse (RN) for a casual, community-based role in the Sydney area, with travel to Wollongong and surrounding areas.
You will conduct intake assessments, provide clinical care to DVA and NDIS participants, and work autonomously with robust leadership support.
The role requires current RN registration with AHPRA, extensive community nursing experience, wound care and chronic disease management skills, and the ability to travel between client locations.
