This role goes beyond a traditional Assistant Store Manager, building and refining retail operations from the ground up.
You will lead day-to-day operations of three physical stores in Parramatta, manage the shop floor, coordinate a rotating casual team, and ensure every visitor receives an exceptional customer experience.
