We're after a Project Manager to keep our delivery engine running tight... someone structured, accountable, and calm under pressure.
We're hiring: Project Manager
What you'll work on
Onboarding & project setup, briefs & scopes
Task management & delivery coordination across our team and any needed contractors
Client communication & expectation management
Weekly reporting and getting ahead of issues before they become problems
Making sure deliverables actually match the brief and quality bar
Keeping our systems (Whatsapp/Notion/Slack/Drive) clean and up to date
Supporting our CEO with day to day admin
You'll thrive here if you
Are highly organised and love documentation and process
Communicate clearly, professionally, and quick (we respond to clients within the hour)
Take ownership, you flag risks and scope creep before we have to ask
Have PM experience (agency background a bonus, not essential)
