We are currently seeking a motivated, career-focused Foreman / 3IC to join our team.

What You'll Do:
Lead a dedicated turf team, fostering teamwork and productivity
Troubleshoot course and maintenance issues quickly and effectively
Maintain clear communication and uphold high professional standards




Ensure compliance with WHS and Environmental regulations
Manage pest and disease control, working towards consistently top tier playing conditions
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Qualities:
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation
Punctual, proactive, and professional work ethic
Working knowledge of WHS, Environmental regulations, and turf pest/disease management
Highly Valued Experience:
Golf course construction or irrigation installation
Managing small work teams
Couchgrass playing surfaces and bentgrass putting greens
Familiarity with Sydney's climate and its unique challenges
