HCA Youth is seeking casual Residential Youth Workers to support children in out-of-home care.
You will build safe, trusting relationships and respond to trauma-related behaviours with empathy.
Rostered shifts are set in advance with emergency and ad hoc options.
Work across AM/PM/night shifts, with supervision, EAP access and employee perks to support your wellbeing and professional growth.
