Business Analyst
Location:Adelaide, SA
Contract:6 months, with likely extension
Work Model:Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Travel:Occasional travel to Olympic Dam site
About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Analystto support technology and business initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
SupportTechnology Infrastructure projects.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and documentfunctional and non-functional requirements.
Analyse and map current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop tactical plans to improve business processes and outcomes.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex business requirements.
Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication throughout projects.




Ensure requirements and processes are clearly documented.
About You
Proven experience working as aBusiness Analyst.
Experience withprocess mappingand business process analysis.
Solid analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge ofBABOKis advantageous.
Experience inTechnology Infrastructure projectsis preferred.
Industry experience acrossNatural Resources, Utilities, Construction or Electricalenvironments will be highly regarded.
Comfortable with occasional travel to the Olympic Dam site.
