Rural Northwest Health – Warracknabeal VIC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan and direct therapeutic supports for consumers across Community Health and Clinical Care.
You will work with diverse caseloads including community-based clients, acute inpatients and residential aged care residents.
The role involves delivering services across a range of funding sources (NDIS, DVA, TAC, WorkSafe) and requires current AHPRA registration and OT qualification.
