About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a Full time basis, servicing multiple sites across Penrith, NSW.
This is a hands-on role requiring both independent work and collaboration across a range of commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and site preparation tasks
Carry out basic carpentry, plastering, painting, patching, and tiling work
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
Accurately complete job documentation, including photos and service reports
Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts to ensure smooth service delivery
Safely operate tools, ladders, and equipment in compliance with WHS standards
Skills & Experience:




Proven experience in a handyman or maintenance role (residential or commercial)
Strong problem-solving and finishing skills with great attention to detail
Knowledge of WHS practices and safe work procedures
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using mobile apps or technology for job tracking and reporting
Valid Driver's Licence (mandatory)
Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid, Working at Heights, and EWP Licence (preferred)
Ability to obtain high-security site clearances if required
COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations, or willingness to comply with site health requirements
