As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with detailed product information and guiding them through the sales process to find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
What you'll be doing
Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, and match them with suitable vehicle options
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our vehicle range, features, and capabilities to educate customers
Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Assist with inventory management and stock preparation as needed
Participate in sales team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
Foster a positive and professional relationship with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry (not essential but preferred)




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
Thorough understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and industry trends
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to achieve sales targets
