Westbourne Grammar School is seeking an experienced ICT Support Technician (Level 2) to provide advanced technical support across our Truganina and growing Lovely Banks campuses.
The role focuses on complex user and endpoint support, escalation handling, contemporary device management and continuous improvement of ICT services.
You will work closely with the ICT team to resolve incidents, improve staff and student technology experiences, and contribute to reliable ICT services across the school.
