Pan Pacific Hotels Group is seeking a Reservations Agent for PARKROYAL Parramatta on a full time basis, reporting to the Reservations & Distribution Manager.
This maternity leave cover role offers opportunities to develop within a supportive team and to contribute to a seamless guest experience across a busy hotel.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Opera Cloud and/or Opera PMS, strong MS Office skills, and a keen eye for detail to manage multiple reservations and inquiries efficiently.
