Requirements:
CurrentRSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)certification
Previous hospitality experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive knowledge of common food allergies and dietary requirements
Basic knowledge ofspirits, classic cocktails, and wine
Confident withwine service
Ability to safely carry and deliver3 plates
Ability to use adrinks tray
Key Responsibilities:
Taking food and beverage orders
Providing attentive and friendly table service
Ensuring guests receive accurate and timely orders
Assisting with wine and beverage service
Completing opening and closing duties
Setting up and breaking down the restaurant
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional environment
Physical Requirements:
Physically fit and comfortable with prolonged standing and moving around the restaurant
Able to assist with restaurant setup and pack-down
Able to carry multiple plates and drinks trays safely
