About the Role
As a
Casual Duty Manager
, you'll report directly to the
Venue Manager
and be responsible for leading front-of-house operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Requirements:
Approved Managers Card




WA RSA Certificate
Strong bar and front-of-house experience
Minimum 2-3 years of bar and front-of-house experience in hospitality venues
Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced settings
Experience with POS systems and online booking platforms
Legal right to work in Australia
Hands-on, self-driven, and a true team player
Availability:
Flexibility is essential. Our venue operates:
Tuesday to Friday:
11am – late
Saturday & Sunday:
8am – late
Shifts will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, based on structured rosters, functions, and events.
