Key responsibilities
Menu development and continual refinement
Food cost, portioning and waste control
Kitchen systems and prep
Building and training the kitchen team
Consistency, speed and presentation
Protecting the $16 promise without compromising the food
Helping create a concept we can grow

Commercially sharp, creative, organised and completely free of ego
