Empire Group is seeking a Commercial Leasing & Property Paralegal for a full time role in Sydney. The successful candidate will support our property lawyers, manage conveyancing matters from post-exchange to settlement, and oversee onboarding, VOI, AML/CTF compliance and fees.
The role requires 1–2 years' NSW property/paralegal experience and strong working knowledge of PEXA, LRS, LEAP and Infotrack. Queensland or Victorian conveyancing experience is a plus, and a collaborative, fast-paced team
