Client Service Manager - Interviewing now!
Our client is a growing national independent advice business based in Malvern. With offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide this business has gone from strength to strength with a reputation for ethical non aligned advice that helps clients achieve their goals.
The Role and Duties
Be first point of contact for all advice enquiries
Assist in the implementing strategies for clients
Prepare and process client account paperwork
Build relationships with with clients and provide exceptional service
Liaise closely with product providers
Prepare review packs
The Person
Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in advice practice
Experience using Xplan is highly desired
Robust attention to detail
Excellent team player and positive attitude
