Our second clinic opens at Watergardens Shopping Centre on Monday 17th, and we are seeking three Pharmacy Assistants to join us from September ****.

Must be available for late‐night shopping hours or one weekend day per week

Our Pharmacy Assistant role at Green Life is an exciting opportunity to be part of a modern, patient‐centred dispensary. You'll support the smooth daily operation of the clinic by assisting with patient enquiries, processing sales, completing orders and helping ensure everything runs efficiently.

What you will do
Assisting patients with prescription orders and enquiries.
Answering calls and queued prescriptions for dispensing.
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Processing prescription payments via EFTPOS and credit card.
Completing orders in person, by phone, and online.
Supporting pharmacists with daily dispensary operations.
What You Bring
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Adaptability in a fast‐paced environment
Ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to work both independently and within a team
Familiarity with eRx and ASL
Experience with Z Software (preferred but not essential)
Qualifications
Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
S2/S3 Community Pharmacy certification (or be willing to obtain)
