What You'll Be Doing: The Core of Our Online Product Experience
You will be the vital link ensuring every product online is presented perfectly, connecting with our customers, and driving sales.
Content Creation & Quality Control:Coordinate, create, maintain, and publishbest-in-class product descriptionsthat are accurate, customer-friendly, and aligned with our brand's uniquetone of voice.
SEO & Data Enrichment:'Cleanse' product data and craft persuasive,SEO-optimised copyto improve visibility and trading performance.
You'll be responsible forproduct data enrichmentand ensuring all online product information is complete.
Website Maintenance & Improvement:Coordinate and provide ongoing maintenance of online products, manage navigation categories, and proactivelyidentify areas of improvementacross the website (e.g., missing product attributes) to boost online trading.




Process Efficiency:Support theeCommerce Content Administratorswith quality review checks, streamline content processes, and contribute to improving our overall online product quality.
Customer-Centric Focus:Review customer feedback to find and action missed content opportunities, working closely with the Merchandise team.
What You'll Bring: Your Skills & Experience
You're a detail-oriented problem-solver with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience:Proven experience in online retail in a similar role.
Technical Know-How:Sound understanding of writing inHTML,Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a solid grasp ofSEO principles.
Content Prowess:Ability to produce creative, imaginative, andpersuasive SEO copy.
You are highly articulate with excellent writing and presentation skills.
Execution & Focus:Excellentattention to detail, proventime management skills, and theresilienceto manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Collaboration:Soundstakeholder management skillsand the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
Analytical Drive:Demonstrated ability to analyse eCommerce data and providedeliverable recommendations for improvement.
