The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, high performer with experience in vehicle sales, managing and leading our sales team to:
Overseeing the daily operations of the sales departments/staff;
Developing and executing sales strategies;
The achievement of targets to ensure the efficiency & profitability of the sales department;
High-quality customer service;
Continual development of our sales team - set goals, monitor progress and coach sales staff; and
Representing the Company within the community
