What Support is being provided :




Seeking care to support a 69 Year old Male with a Sustained Brain Injury.
Your support will enable him to live independently within his own home by assisting with his day to day living and goals.
Assistance with personal care tasks
Community participation
Light domestic assistance
Meal preparation and Community access (appointments)
Shift Times :
There are a variety of shifts available - Please note your availability in your application.

Requirements
Current references
Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory)
NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
Certificate III (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent (mandatory)
Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
