Delaware North Australia is hiring a Revenue Manager to join our team based at our Head Office in Docklands, Melbourne. As a Revenue Manager, you will drive pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies that maximise performance across a portfolio of unique properties, including:
BEST Blacktown, New South Wales
Pinewood Lodge, Queenstown NZ
With Mindil Beach Casino Resort as your primary focus, you will also support revenue strategy and performance across the portfolio. This is an prospect to combine commercial strategy with data-driven decision making while working alongside experienced leaders across hotel operations, sales, and marketing. What will you do?
Lead pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies across a portfolio of properties, with a primary focus on Mindil Beach Casino Resort
Develop and implement room revenue, pricing, and inventory strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability
Analyse booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Manage room rates and inventory across property management systems, distribution channels, and online travel agencies
Produce revenue forecasts, performance reports, and commercial insights to support decision making
Partner with hotel, sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive business performance




Support the hotel leadership team with revenue management expertise and strategic recommendations
More about you
Demonstrated experience in hotel revenue management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Experience working with hotel systems including PMS, GDS, CRS, channel managers, and online distribution platforms
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with reporting and forecasting tools
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
Qualifications in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
